Stephen M. McNulty,
BSc TFT-Dx ATFT BTFTA MPNLP NGH CEng FRSA FIEI FIQA MCMI MIMechE MAPM
President

After over 30 years of successfully running large and small companies, Steve left the corporate world to find a more relaxed and worthwhile lifestyle. To use his skills to the full he became a personal coach to senior executives and owner/managers of companies. Knowing that the majority of business issues were not structure, process or procedure but were anxiety, stress, fear, phobia and trauma related; Steve set out to learn as much as possible about the therapies that could help. He is a Licensed Trainer of NLP, a registered Hypnotherapist, Diagnostic trained practitioner and approved TFT Algorithm Trainer.

Steve’s Company, Oh Crikey Limited, specialise in helping companies increase their success rates through personal development training and stress reduction. They also work in the personal development market for individuals and offer state-of-the-art courses for public speaking, weight management, phobia elimination, sports achievement and many others. In all of the courses, TFT plays a major part in the process and ongoing success for the participants.

Steve has helped set up the ATFT Foundation Charity in the UK and is on the fund raising committee. One of his key objectives is to make TFT a normal part of every person’s business and personal day. If we can reduce stress at work, we can reduce it at home and provide a better chance for our children to grow up in a peaceful and caring environment.
